I recently purchased a new build flat as an investment with my wife and came across Major Estates on the high street just around the corner from my new flat. I popped into their shop and explained I needed a mortgage offer within 28 days as these were the conditions of my contract. Major Estates conducted the approval of my mortgage in just 3 weeks. They provided a professional service and kept us updated every step of the way. Dinesh is the main mortgage advisor at Major Estates and he has many years of experience so soon after visiting them we knew we were in good hands. As we were happy with the mortgage service they provided we decided to market the flat for Rental with them along with 2 other agents. Major Estates had booked many viewings and had obtained many rental offers from prospective tenants far earlier than the other agents. In the end Major Estates were able to find a professional tenant who is paying a little above what the local market rent is. The letting is headed up by an experienced member of staff named Sandip. He orchestrated the whole letting process perfectly and made sure everything was documented and no stone was left unturned. All in all we enjoyed the service and will use them again. Since our good experience I have recommended Majors Estates to a friend and a cousin and so far I’m only hearing good things.

Professional, friendly and reliable - it was nice to speak to a person with personality.
